Q Premium Fund

Q Premium Fund’s investment objective is to provide investors with enhanced returns and income on widely held, large cap equities with a risk managed and disciplined equity options overlay. The fund will typically have exposure to between 8 and 15 different stocks and will build cash balances from option premium generation to allow for tactical and strategic investment opportunities. The fund may sell options (in the hopes of buying equities) to open positions on securities based on macroeconomic conditions, seasonality, and special situations. The options overlay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, financial analysis, risk management metrics, and volatility. Allocation decisions between options overlay and long equities are based on a proprietary framework.
